Combat Maneuvers Library

Combat Maneuvers Library (CML) is an add-on for FixedWingLib CGF which includes ready-to-use high-fidelity maneuvers for air combat, close air support and other real-world military operations. Developers can use CML maneuvers to simulate air combat with or against SAF (Semi Automated Forces) and CGF (Computer Generated Forces) entities. Entities can perform maneuvers as wingmen or enemy aircraft, with or against ownship. CML is available as a C++ library and can be easily added to all scenario simulation environments. In addition to existing FixedWingLib CGF features, CML offers:

  • air combat maneuvers
  • close air support maneuvers

This product is subject to German export regulations.

See also FixedWingLib CGF for details about modeling and simulation features of CML.

Air Combat Maneuvers

CML contains air combat maneuvers which provide very realistic high fidelity implementations of well known air combat maneuvers. The maneuvers are designed to be performed by wingmen or enemy aircraft and can be used for pilot training.
